We’ll notify you before the beta ends and explain your options. You’ll only be charged if you choose a paid subscription. Joining the beta does not automatically enroll you in one.

Pro is for one person managing their Salesforce data. Team adds a shared workspace with member roles, centralized permissions, Salesforce org filtering, and team-wide activity history.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle so you don’t lose paid features mid-month.

Anyone with Manage billing permission can cancel from the workspace’s Billing tab. Your subscription will not renew, and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. You can reverse the cancellation before that date.

Viewers and Contributors can participate for free with an Org Loom account and their own Salesforce access. Editors need an active Pro trial, Pro subscription, or Team seat. See Sharing a canvas for what each role can do.

Built-in AI generation creates draft Salesforce records from your instructions. It uses the AI allowance included in your paid Org Loom plan, with additional credits available to purchase.

Bring your own AI lets you connect an AI client, such as Claude or Cursor, to work with records on your canvas through MCP. Org Loom adds no AI usage charge for this and it does not use your Org Loom AI allowance. Your AI provider’s free or paid plan determines any AI costs, which you pay directly to that provider.

You can wait for your allowance to reset on the 1st or purchase additional credits from workspace billing. Purchased credits don’t expire. Your existing records and other features aren’t affected.

You can sign in to Org Loom with Google, Microsoft, or a one-time email sign-in link. Company-managed single sign-on is offered on request for Enterprise. Contact us to discuss your requirements and implementation. Connecting to Salesforce uses your org’s existing sign-in process, including SSO, on every plan.
